Trophy!!!

Today was suppose to be Hailee's last soccer game, but due to the weather it got cancelled. They met at the YMCA though to hand out trophies and ice cream. Hailee loves trophies and was super excited to have another to add to her collection. Here are a few pics of our princess with her trophy!!

So Hailee's soccer season is done. However Austin starts tournaments on Monday. If we loose we are done, but if we win we keep going. He is excited but also a nervous nelly. Ha ha. Should be an interesting week!! Jesse is on call so I will be packing up and heading to the soccer field to coach with three kids.... I know I can do it!!

Weekend/Monday

Over the weekend, we took a trip to Odon to visit with family. Our first stop was at Bill and Cindy's. Jesse's sister April was there and finally got to meet Bodie. She had been a little under the weather and didn't want to get us sick so she waited, but she was so ready to meet her nephew:) We spent some time there and ate lunch there. It was so nice to visit and let the kids play with their cousins. They love the time they get together and play so well!!

After we left there, we went to my parents house. Again all my sister's were there with their kids. Hailee and Austin had a GREAT time playing. They were a little bummed though cause Uncle Clayton was working, boo.... However we all had a great visit and even got to see my Grandma Hollis.

Gma Hollis holding Bodie for the first time.

A picture of our baby Bodie! He is growing so much:)
On Monday we had a Halloween party with our homeschool group. They made candy necklaces, painted pumpkins, did pumpkin bowling, bobbing for apples, and had yummy snacks. The kids really enjoyed it!

Hailee Brooke painting her pumpkin! She loved it, and couldn't wait to show her daddy!!

Austin with his candy necklace!
Monday evening Austin had a make up soccer game. WE WON!! Yeah! Austin played an awesome game and had an amazing Goal!! The whole team works so well together:)

Fresh Air

Jesse had off Monday and Tuesday this week, but goes back to work tomorrow. I don't think he is to excited about it, just cause it has been nice being at home. Ha ha. The kids and I have enjoyed all this extra time with him even if we haven't gotten alot accomplished.
Today it was really a nice day so we all went outside and got some fresh air!! We needed it! The kids played soccer with daddy while Bodie and I sat and watched them. Bodie loves watching the kids and really loved being outdoors:)
We are hoping that tomorrow is a nice day to so that we can spend some more time outside and then head to the soccer field in the evening!

Lots of updates!

Life has been crazy around here lately... A parent of three has been challenging. We have been trying to get a routine down, and ect. but it takes so long. We will get there though. Bodie went for his two week appt and weighed in at 10 lbs 2 oz. Yay!! He is growing and changing daily!
Papaw Eaton came to meet Bodie for the first time. He said that Bodie was perfect in everyway:) Libby brought him up with some goodies for Bodie and Austin and Hailee got some money from Papaw!
The kids were so happy that Bodie's cord finally fell off. Well we were to that way he could take a bath!! Here is Bodie's first time in the tub. He actually loves bathtime for the most part:)

After his bath, all lotioned up with that mmmm baby smell! He is so precious!
Yesterday Jesse had a vacation day so we went on a field trip to Apple Works in Trafager, IN. Our homeschool group had a tour there. We got to pick apples, go for a wagon ride, do the pet zoo, playgroup, see where the goodies were made, and had a delicious apple snack! The kids loved it and Hailee is already asking to go back! We bought some yummy apple dumplings that we brought home and made at supper~ yes they were delicious!!
We also took the kids to get pumpkins and carved them last night. Here are a few pics that I got!
Austin concentrating on his pumpkin! He made a scary face!
Hailee with her pumpkin! Daddy helped:)

Big Boy Bath

Finally~ today Bodie's cord fell off so he got to take a Big Boy bath!! He actually liked it and we got through it without any tears:) Now hopefully he will sleep really good tonight!! The kids were so excited that it fell off, it really bothered them for some reason... They were glad that he got to take a bath in his little tub. Jesse was incharge of the camera while I scrubbed Bodie!! I will try to upload some pics in my next post.

Things are going great! Today we had two visitors (Papaw Eaton, and Libby). They stopped by on their way to Mooresville. Other than that we didn't do to much today other than schooling, and lots of cuddling. I am enjoying being a mother of three:)

Prayers

Prayer is such a powerful thing!! I am asking that you say a prayer and keep my family in your prayers. It isn't anything I really want to get into detail about, however just please say a special prayer for my family. Thanks!

Being a Mother of 3

I never thought I would be a mother of three amazing children. I feel so blessed to have been given this great gift. Here are a few more pics I want to share with everyone!

Jesse is the best dad and husband. He is super proud of his three kids!

The recovery from my csection is going very well. I am on my feet and moving again!! Jesse has been home for a week and 2 days now, and I am not looking forward to him going back to work. He was suppose to return to work on Thursday, but I woke with a fever so he took the rest of the week as part of his vacation so he could take care of me. I am thankful for everything he has done!! We took Bodie for his one week check up and everything looked very good! We go back next week.
Being a mother of three has changed things around here. I feel crazy at times trying to get everything done. With Austin and Hailee schooling, keeping up on the house, laundry, nursing, diaper changing, and spoiling all the kids.... wow am I tired at the end of the day!!
Jesse has been getting up in the middle of the night with me, which is so nice. I nurse then he burps him and changes his diaper, then it is back to sleep.
Austin and Hailee are still head over hills for this little guy. Kisses and hugs all the time. They are awesome Big Bro/Sisters.
Well that is about all the time I have for now, til next time!
