Beautiful Day

Today turned out to be such a beautiful day!! We enjoyed it to:) Jesse and I decided that it was time to start working out... So today he got up at 5 AM so that he could walk on the treadmill before work. I set my alarm and got up at 545Am so that I could fix him breakfast, pack his lunch, then do my walking. It really worked out good, but man am I tired now. ha ha.

When Jesse got home from work we had about an half hour before heading to our First Soccer Practice! Austin was so excited and ready to practice. Hailee too, she loves to practice with our team and is really good. Our practice went really good, and I feel blessed with such a great group of kids! Jesse and I really enjoy coaching and meeting new people!!

After practice we came home, ate supper and headed back outside. Hailee wanted to ride bike, Austin wanted to play with the neighbor boys, and well Bodie loves to be outside watching and in his stroller. So we enjoyed some more of the nice weather!! I hope that you all got to enjoy the sunny weather.

Visit/ Sickies

On Sunday, I baked Jesse a birthday cake. It was German Chocolate with the coconut pecan icing, YUM! This is the only type of chocolate cake he will eat. My mom came to visit with Dakota and Coltyn so we had a little birthday party. Ha ha! So here is Jesse and his guest at his party:

Anyways we had a good time eating cake and visiting! They stayed the night and spend most of the day on Monday with us before heading home. The kids loved it, but was extremely tired from trying to stay up all night...
Monday evening I noticed that Hailee was so whinny. She ended up falling to sleep so I just thought maybe she was exhausted from playing so much. Tuesday she woke up with a fever of 102.6. YIKES. I gave her medicine and she layed around. Of course then by noon, Austin has a fever to. So we spent Tuesday doctoring two sick kids... Luckily today they are feeling better and so far no fever's. Lets hope it stays that way.
Tonight is our first soccer practice, and we are all SO ready!! Can't wait to meet all our players, and just get out on the soccer field.

Soccer season

Austin and Hailee are getting ready for soccer. They are practicing daily!! Our season begins on April 10th, and they couldn't be more excited about it! Jesse and I are coaching Austin's team again this season, we decided to wait another season before coaching Hailee's team. Not sure I am ready for that young of kids all at once and showing them the basic stuff. Bodie is ready to watch his big brother and sissy play!

We spent the day outside, it was so nice. After watching the weather tonight though it doesn't look like the nice weather will be sticking around. BOOO!!!

TBALL

Austin was incharge of the outfield while....

Daddy taught Hailee Brooke how to play ball!

Hailee is wanting to sign up for tball this year so daddy was showing her what to do. They had fun playing in the backyard. He taught her how to hold a bat, and swing it to hit the ball. Austin was incharge of gathering them and bringing them back. The next tball session will be over throwing and catching the ball. One thing at a time!! Hailee did excellent though and loved to learn!

"PINKALICIOUS"

Everynight either Jesse or I will tell Hailee to go pick out a bedtime story book. She loves to be read to. Lately she has picked the same book over and over, "Pinkalicious." She absolutely loves this book and almost has it memorized!

So a few days ago we were going through the DRIVE THRU at Burger King and she wanted a kids meal. When she opened it up to realize that the toy was from her book "Pinkalicious," she was extremely excited. So now everyday she ask, "Can we go to Burger King today?" She is really wanting those Pinkalicious toys. She even said, "Mom, maybe next time they will have "Purpalicious" toys... that would be cool wouldn't it!" Ha ha. Yes she has the "Purpalicious" book also.

Our weekend

On Friday we took the kids to Bloomington for the evening. We had a few errands to run, then we headed to Dick's Sporting Store for our soccer stuff. The kids got Cleats, soccer balls, and socks to prepare them for the soccer season! We are so ready to hit the soccer field:) After leaving there we went out to eat at OUTBACK Steakhouse. This was our first time as a family of 5 in a nice sit down resturant. And I am here to tell you that it can be a chore. First Bodie was hollaring (not crying just trying to get people's attention), then he was banging on the table with his hands while laughing at Austin and Hailee. It was cute, but he was LOUD. Then he got tired so I had to try to rock him and finally he fell asleep right before our main course was there which was nice. Overall it wasn't to bad. Everyone stopped to say hi to him and tell us how cute our kids were. Makes my day!! I just love my kids and I think they are pretty cute too:)
By the time we got home we were TIRED!!

Saturday was a lazy day around the house, followed by a trip to WalMart. I dread the WalMart trip but I would rather tackle it with Jesse then on my own. He takes a cart and a kid and goes one way, and I take two kids and a cart and head towards groceries. Then we meet in the middle and review what we have or what we forgot.

Sunday, we had a nice little visit with Bill and Cindy (Jesse's parents). They came up to drop off some things then took us out for supper at Texas Corral in Martinsville. The kids of course were not ready for them to leave at all. Now I am preparing cupcakes, and the rest of my things for our homeschool group tomorrow. I am in charge and the theme is ST. PATRICKS DAY!! Hailee, Austin and I made cupcakes and put some lucky charms on the top (they turned out cute with green sprinkles also!). Hope you all had a great weekend!

Not just one... there's 2

I discovered last night that my little man, Bodie Kale, has not just one tooth there are two teeth! His bottom two front teeth are now poking through. Oh how fast he is growing up. I am sure that he will be using them very soon to bite a few little people in our household, ha ha.

Bodie, we all love you very much! We get so excited about all your "first"!! So YAY for your teeth!

Today the kids and I got to spend some time with Papaw Bill and Mamaw Cindy! We got to each lunch with Papaw Bill before he had to head back to work, but we spent the rest of the day with Mamaw Cindy!
The kids had fun with Cindy today doing a craft, and they turned out really cute! SOCK BUNNIES..

Thanks for coming up today and spending time with us! We always enjoy your visits:)

Some pics

Just thought I would share a picture of my princess Hailee Brooke, and my handsome son Austin while they are at a homeschool group meeting. They love going to group, and always learn some new things!!

Here is a picture of the TORNADO they made at home. Two pop bottles taped together with water in it. You turn it upside down and give it a swirl to make the tornado. They are fasinated with it. Hailee just thinks it is the coolest and she carries it around room to room, just watching it.

Last, but not least, a sweet picture of our adorable children. We are blessed!!

What a beautiful weekend it turned out to be! The weather was nice. I got lots of cleaning done, and spent the rest of the time outside with Jesse and the kids. They are so ready to be able to run around and play!! Hope you all got to enjoy the weekend like we did.

5 Months

My baby is 5 months old already. Seriously where does time go? Bodie Kale is getting so big and learning lot of new things everyday.

Bodie loves rolling over. As soon as you lay him down he rolls over to his tummy! Bodie loves to play with toys, especially ones that make loud sounds. He thinks it is funny. Also I think he would just sit all day and watch Austin and Hailee play. He absolutely loves his brother and sister and always smiles at the sound of their voices.

Another one of Bodie's favorites it dinnertime. We always sit together at the table to eat supper. This is my favorite thing! I love that we eat together as a family, and now that Bodie joins us is even better. He loves to eat babyfood!
This weekend Bodie got a new toy! It's a jumperoo thing and he loves it. He loves to jump and look at all the different gadgets on it. He is constantly laughing while in this.

The weekend fly by way to fast of course and now it is Monday. We had a good Monday though so I am not going to complain to much. The kids got up and got some schooling done and some chores done before we headed to town. We made a quick stop at the post office to ship out a package, who am I kidding QUICK... nothing is quick with three kids. ha ha. Anyways then it was off to the library for our homeschool group meeting. The kids had fun at group and learned some new things. They discussed Marco Polo and made a folder about him. They also enjoyed painting. Austin painted a ceramic barn and Hailee did a cow (purple and pink one). Then we headed home. That was our Monday. The kids are now playing, I am on here and also cleaning, and Jesse is still working. Hope you all have a great week!
